All Domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post with your choice of First Class, or Express. Made-to-order items have a production time of 2-3 weeks and will arrive 2-5 business days after the item(s) are complete. One-of-a-kind items are available immediately and will ship 2-3 business days after purchase. If you have questions please do not hesitate to Contact Us at anytime.
International customers have the option of choosing International First Class shipping or International Priority Express. It may take up to 3 weeks + to receive your order, plus any extra production time. Please make sure to review your countries Customs Policies to ensure you receive your package in a timely manner, additional charges may apply.
Returns
In-stock necklaces and earrings are returnable within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, not including the shipping costs. Jewelry must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging. Please contact us before you send your return.
Custom pieces, special orders and sale items are not returnable
REPAIRS:
If you have an item that is damaged and have bought it within a 3 month period, we are more than happy to repair the item for you at no charge, if we can. Any item that needs to be repaired after the 3 month grace period will be subject to labour and material costs. Please note that the only thing we cannot do is fix a stone, but in some cases a stone can be replaced by similar stone, but we need to see it to determine best steps forward. Before you send an item back to us, please contact us so we can discuss the possibilities.
